Thank you for shopping with Gingerbug Brewing Company Inc.
We currently ship within Canada only.
Fulfillment Locations
Beverage orders are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse partners located in Ontario and British Columbia.
Orders ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address whenever possible, based on inventory availability.
Merchandise items (such as apparel or accessories) are produced and fulfilled separately by our print-on-demand partner.
Order Processing
Beverage Orders
Beverage orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Merchandise Orders
Merchandise items are made to order and typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment once dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Beverage Orders
We offer free standard shipping on beverage purchases totaling $45 CAD or more (before taxes).
The $45 free shipping threshold applies to beverage products only.
Orders containing less than $45 CAD in beverage products will be charged shipping at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Merchandise Orders
Merchandise shipping is calculated separately at checkout.
Merchandise does not qualify for free shipping unless explicitly stated.
If your order contains both beverage and merchandise:
• Beverage shipping will be calculated based on beverage subtotal
• Merchandise shipping will be calculated separately
• Items may ship separately and arrive at different times
Even if your total order exceeds $45 CAD, free shipping applies only to qualifying beverage purchases.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
Western Canada: 1–4 business days
Atlantic Canada: 3–7 business days
Northern regions: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, print-on-demand production timelines, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information:
• The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs
• Delivery timelines may be impacted
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact:
We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
We are not responsible for stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
