Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gingerbug Brewing Company.

Because our beverages are consumable products, we have specific return guidelines to ensure product safety and fairness for all customers.


Beverage Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all beverage sales are final.

We do not accept returns of food or beverage products once they have been shipped.

We are unable to issue refunds based on taste preference.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we may offer:
• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund

Resolutions are issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with initiating a carrier investigation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs.


Merchandise Returns (Non-Consumable Items)

Unworn and unused merchandise (such as apparel or accessories) may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

Return shipping costs for merchandise are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
