1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Gingerbug [Gingerbug Brewing Company], [2045 20th Avenue East, Unit 19 B, Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada, N4K 5P7] ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of Gingerbug and its affiliated agencies are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted starting July 21, 2026 at 12:00am ET and ending July 26, 2026 at 11:59pm ET ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

• Standard entry: Follow @Drink.Gingerbug on Instagram and tag one friend in the comments of the official Giveaway post.
• Bonus entry: Subscribe to the Gingerbug email newsletter.

Limit one standard entry and one bonus entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) 12-pack of Gingerbug (flavour at Sponsor's discretion, subject to availability)
• One (1) Backyard BBQ Bundle (plates, napkins, and additional items as curated by Sponsor)

Approximate retail value (ARV): $120CAD. Prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about July 27, 2026. Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of selection. Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification with a valid shipping address to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this window, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, social media handle, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway (including email addresses submitted via newsletter signup) will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Gingerbug's Privacy Policy, and for winner notification and prize fulfillment purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
